Community Center Details

  • Two floors of event space

  • Various tables

    • 6 - 60" round

    • 6 - 8 foot x 30" rectangle

    • 3 - 6 foot x 30" rectangle

  • 100 chairs (46 upstairs / 54 downstairs)

  • Full kitchen with sink, oven, refrigerator and microwave

  • Free WiFi internet access

  • Keyless Entry

 

The community center is available for rent to any homeowner, who is current on their dues, for non-commercial use. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis at a minimal cost of $100. 

 

To rent the community center, please follow the below procedure:

 

1)      Check availability of the community center via the calendar below.

 

2)      Submit rental request, lease agreement and liability waiver via link below                 calendar:

  1. You will be sent a confirmation within 3 business days along with a request for payment via PayPal.
  2. You will receive further rental instructions upon processing of your payment.

The physical address of the community center for directions is 1100 Greentree Parkway.  Please note that mail cannot be received at this location.
