GREENTREE COMMUNITY CENTER

Please keep in mind, we are volunteers and responses can take several days.  We are working hard to make rentals more efficient with keyless entry and an online calendar system in the future (stay tuned).

Community Center Details

• Two floors of event space

• Various tables (5 large round, 9 - 8 foot long and 2 6 foot long

• 112 chairs

• Full kitchen with sink, oven, refrigerator and microwave

• Free WiFi internet access

• Keyless Entry (coming soon)

• Online Reservation Requests (coming soon)

The community center is available for rent to any resident, who is current on their dues, for non-commercial use. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis at a minimal cost of $100 (plus a refundable $100 security deposit). There is a reduced cost for non-profit organizations meeting Monday through Thursday.

The physical address of the community center for directions is 1100 Greentree Parkway.  Please note that mail cannot be received at this location.
